William Henry Garner was born in 1883 [1] in Frodsham, Cheshire, England, the son of Fred Garner and Ellen (Briscoe) Garner.
He was baptised on 2 December 1883 in Frodsham, Cheshire.[2]
In 1901 William was a General Farm Agricultural Labourer. [3]
He married Mary Hodkinson in about 1907. [4]
