Biography
Elizabeth ‘Bess’ Garner was born April 28th 1906 in Washington DC. She married Albert P. Boyd, son of George and Katherine Boyd, June 21st 1930.
The 1940 census has them living at 1605 19th St SE, Washington DC. Bess’ father Luther is living with them. There are no children listed. Albert is working as an assistant engineer at the House Office Building.
Bess died September 2nd 1982, at the age of 76. She is buried at George Washington Cemetery, Adelphi, Maryland. Albert died in September 1988 at the age of 84.
