Lincoln's History of Hingham uses Gardner as the principal family name, but also notes Garner, and Garnet.[1]
John, son of John and Mary Garnet/Gardner, was born at Hingham, MA and baptized on July 17, 1652. [2]
He married Mary Stowell on February 25, 1683.[2] The resided in the Liberty Plain section of Hingham where they raised their six children.[2][3]
John died on December 16, 1700 at the age of 48.[2] Burial location is unknown.
