Biography

Ezra, son of James and Jane (Ripley) Garnet/Gardner, was born at Hingham on March 22, 1734[1]

He died in 1758 of illness while serving in the army during the French and Indian War. Note: Lincoln's History of Hingham refers to this as the the "four years expedition." possibly the Forbes Expedition.[1] It is also likely that he is buried at Fort William Henry, Lake George, New York
