Barbara Helen Hall, age 87, of Columbus, and formerly of Toledo, Ohio, loving wife and mother, died peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 9, 2014.
Her love of travel took her to all 50 states and several countries. She was an avid Bridge player and a golfer who achieved a hole-in-one. She enjoyed her work as a secretary at the Toledo Pollution Control Department and more recently her volunteer time at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. She was most proud of her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donivan Hall.
She is survived by her children, Linda (Lew) Millenbach, Pamela (Larry) Cronberger, David Vogel, Patricia (Kenneth) Shearer, and Mary (Robert) Zeller; as well as 3 stepchildren, Beth (Michael) Witherell, Steve (Theresa) Hall, and Joan (Dick) Weaver, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be at the Schoedinger Funeral Home, 6699 N. High St. Worthington, Ohio from 3-7 p.m., Tuesday, August 12.
Services will follow at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 13, at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6899 Smoky Row Rd., Columbus, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Buckeye Boys' Ranch or Boys' Town.
