Raymond Oscar Garnier was born on 27 Sep. 1914 at New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, USA.[1] He appeared on the census of 5 Jan. 1920 in the household of his parents, D'Jalma Thomas Garnier and Florence (Nabonne) Garnier, at New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana.[2] He appeared on the census of 5 April 1930 in the household of his parents at 2251 N. Tonti St., New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana.[3]
He married Ida Hill in Dec. 1939 at Orleans Parish, Louisiana.[4][5]
He was a laborer at a box factory when he and Ida appeared on the census of 19 April 1940 at 2318 Havana St., New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana.[6] He ended military service in the US Navy on 16 Nov. 1942.[1]
Raymond died on 21 June 1966 at Tuskegee, Macon Co., Alabama, at age 51.[4]
