Lucille was born in 1911 to Thomas Garrett and Mary Parker. She is a great x3 granddaughter of Leonard M Garrett, Revolutionary War veteran and progenitor of this Garrett line.
Her mother died when she was four. Lucille lived her whole life in Arkansas, marrying Pierce Edward King at age 17. She outlived her husband by 9 years, and passed away in 1990 at 78 years old.
