Jesse Ephraim Garrett was born in North Syracuse, New York, 13 June 1877. His parents were Martha A. (Baum; 1846 - 1913) and Theron D. Garrett (1846 - 1935).
Jesse was enumerated at age 3 with his birth family in the 1880 census of Cicero, New York [1].
This was a farming family, residing in Apulia Station (Fabius Township), Onondaga County, New York [2],[3],[4],[5],[6],[7].
Jesse E. Garrett registered for the U.S. military draft in context of World War I [8]. He was a justice of the peace for many years, and also a member of the town board.
Judge Jesse E. Garrett passed away in Syracuse, New York, 18 July 1952. His grave is in Tully Cemetery, Tully, Onondaga County, New York, USA [9].
