Biography
Hershel was born in 1899. At the age of 43 he registered for the draft for WWII. He was 5'7" and weighed 176 lbs, blue eyes, brown hair and a ruddy complexion. He worked at E I Du Pont De Nemours And Co., in Irvine, KY. He was married to Roxie Gehring Garrett. He passed away in 1990 at home after a long illness.
