Birth

John was born about 1844 in Ashford Devon. He was the son of Samuel Garratt 1806-1863 and Jane Jeffe Seymour 1818-1864 [1]

Marriage

John married Elizabeth Mary (Miller) Garrett (1845-) in Victoria in 1867. [2]
