Polly Garrigues is the descendant of a Huguenot emigrant.
She was the daughter of James Garrigues.
Notes
"The Descendants of Matthieu and Susanne (nee Rochet) Garrigues..."[1] has both Mary Garrigues (abt.1747-1792) and Polly Garrigues as dying on 29 May 1792. Edmund Garrigues had only Polly Garrigues.
I think these are both the same event and only one of these women died on that date (Polly is a nickname for Mary).
Arch Street Quaker Records[2] show a Mary Garrigues dying on 5-28-1792 at the age of 45, meaning she was born about 1747.

which seems to be the ultimate source. Given that Polly Garrigues's father, James Ralph Garrigues (1749-1812) was born in 1749, This can't be her, so I'm removing the death date from Polly.
We also don't have a birth date, so I gave her an estimate of 1770 when her father was 21 years old.
It's also possible that she never existed given that we don't have a birth date or a death date or basically any source other than Edmund Garrigues.
