Biography

Emma Garrison was born circa 1864.[1] She was the daughter of Benjamin Jackson Garrison and Sarah Chambers of Carroll County, Georgia.[2]

Emma Garrison was married to Howell Rabun.[3][4]

She passed away in 1912.[5][6]
