Jessie was born in 1888. She is the daughter of Francis Garth and Lucy Foxcroft.
Jessie was the only daughter of Francis Garth and Lucy Hannah Foxcroft (Lucy died in 1890). Her father's 1941 probate record refers to her as "Jessie Elizabeth Bertram".
Husband is James Highet Bertram (b.1889; d. 15 Jun 1960).
