She was the daughter of Samuel Garthright per his will and her will naming her brothers. Detaching from this father so merge can complete.

Garthright-28 and Gathright-127 appear to represent the same person because: See new source and comment on Garthright-28

From the will of her husband that names two of HER brothers with the surname Garthright, her last name at birth was Garthright. Going to remove one of the unmerged matches.

Trueman-78 and Garthright-28 are not ready to be merged because: Is Garthright-28's proper LNAB Trueman, and are Truman-78 and Garthright-28 the same person?

Garthright-28 and Trueman-78 do not represent the same person because: Garthright is supposedly daughter of Trueman

Gathright-127 and Garthright-28 are not ready to be merged because: A lot of shared info here. Both profiles appear be missing the proper LNAB, Gathright and Spear are surnames from marriages. Is the surname Trueman? Is Garthright-28's listed mother Trueman-78 the same person?

Garthright-28 and Gathright-127 do not represent the same person because: New source showing LNAB

I think they still may be the same person. The marriage record listed in Garthright-127 may be her second marriage. This isn't at the top of my research pile, but it's been suggested that her LNAB was Garthright, and that she also married a Garthright.

Her first marriage was to a Garthright and she was a Garthright as indicated in her husband's will that names her two brothers. She then married Robert Spear. Robert Spear had daughters that married Garthrights also. Very complex. I put Robert's will on his page: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Spear-187

I think you figured it out! And confirmed that Agnes Trueman is not the same person.

I have added her will. Agnes Spear named the brother named in the will of her first husband, Think this signs the deal.

Do you see any evidence for Agnes Trueman as her mother? Agnes Trueman currently has a later birthdate than Agness Garthright.

I estimated her date of birth mainly from the date of birth of her first husband, I do suppose she could have been considerably younger. I will look for evidence that Agnes Trueman married her Samuel Garthright.
