Biography

Bridget Garvey was born 1844 in Clare, Ireland to parents Michael Garvey and Johanna Spellecy.

She married Patrick Higgins in Queensland, Australia on 14 April 1866. ^[1]

Bridget died on 16 February 1937 in Queensland after giving birth to her tenth child, Annie Maria. Annie Maria died one day after her mother. ^[2]

Bridget Higgins was buried in Warwick Cemetery. A copy of the report of her funeral is annexed here.
