Biography

Asher W. Gary, son of Amasa Sprague Gary and Matilda Marie (Randall) Gary, was born on 7 July 1857 in Oronoco, Minnesota.[1][2]

He married Olive Evelyn “Eva” Bates, daughter of Nelson C. Bates and Ann Carr (Whitney) Bates, on 25 Dec. 1889 at Oronoco, Minnesota.[1][2]

Asher died on 17 July 1938 in Minnesota and was buried at Pleasant Prairie Cemetery, Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[2]
