My 12th cousin 3 times removed. He also has the dubious distinction of causing the British phrase "Bob's your uncle" meaning "And there you go." When he was in office he appointed his nephew, Arthur Balfour, as Chief Secretary for Ireland in 1887 which was not popular with the general population.
