In 1946, Arthur Frank Gason started a one man motor trimming business which has grown into what is now known as AF Gason Pty Ltd. Based in Ararat, Gason remains family owned to this day, with fourth generation family members occupying key roles within the business as it continues to grow and serve the Australian community. From the early 1960s to 1980s, Gason grew to be a national market leader in Australia supplying retro-fitted cabins for major tractor manufacturers and importers including Massey Ferguson, John Deere and Ford. As factory fitted cabins became standard equipment on imported tractors, Gason evolved into its current role as a world class designer and manufacturer.
