Mrs. Laura Alice Henry, widow of Samuel Ellsworth Henry, of Lucernemines, passed away Sunday, May 10, 1953 at 7:45 p.m. at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Kline of Lucernemines, Pa., where she had been making her home for the past 3 1/2 months. Born Sept. 25, 1867, Cherryhill Twp. Indiana Co., Pa., a daughter or the late Frederick and Mary Learn Gaston, she resided most of her life in Cherryhill and Rayne Twps., one year in Indiana, Pa. Survived by five sons-Alonzo-Indiana, Pa.; Ermest-Indiana; Jay-Shelocta, R.D.; Merle-Indiana; Howard-Indiana, R.D. 2; two daughters-Mrs. J.E. (Lorelle) Sheasley-Hillsdale, Pa.; Mrs. C. E. (Hulda) Kline-Lucernemines, 23 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, one brother-J. I. Gaston, Clymer R.D. 2 One sister, Mrs. M. E. Brown-Penn Run, R. D. Friends will be received at Robinson's 36 N. 7th Street, Indiana, after 7:00 p.m. Monday where services will be conducted Wednesday, May 13th at 1:30 p.m. (DST). Rev. Clayton Straw will officiate. Interment East Mahoning Cemetery.
