Their first two children were born in Croydon, Surrey in 1907 and 1908. In 1911 he and his family were living in Wandsworth, London. He was a buyer of boys clothing. He and his family emigrated to Canada in 1912. In 1921 they were living at 3 Crisco Ave., York, Ontario. He was working as a motorman on the railway. He is buried in Park Lawn Cemetery, Toronto
