Yikes!

I have created the wrong migration category. I have been breaking down the emigration category for Congress Poland into Governates - which was correct before 1917. Looking again at the this profile it seems this person emigrated later and the appropriate migration category should use modern Poland categories. I will work on fixing my mistake. Steve Thomas.
