Marie Gaudet is a descendant of an Acadian
Marie Esther, daughter of Antoine Gaudet and Marie Anne Esther Gaudet, was born 7 Sep 1797 and baptized the following day in the parish of Saint-Roch-de-l'Achigan, Bas-Canada. Her godparents were Jean Noel Senechal and Felicite Gaudet. [1]
Antoine Leblanc, adult son of Pierre Leblanc and Marie Charlotte Hebert, and Marie Gaudet, minor daughter of Antoine Gaudet and Anne Ester Gaudet, were married 6 Jul 1818 in the parish of Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm, Saint-Jacques, Bas-Canada. [2]
