Some believe that she is the daughter of Isaac Gaudovin and Ann Bondurant. Isaac was naturalized on 12 May 1702 in Williamsburg, Virginia. He lived in Manakintowne. [3][4]
Research Notes
Needs Sources & Relationship Review - The only source which appears to relate to her is the source for her reported marriage in 1752, which is after the birth of most of her reported children. The FamilySearch profile contains some additional sources which should be reviewed and incorporated into this profile if they are valid
Check the data: A mother's death date should not be before one of her children's birth dates.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Marie by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Marie:
This bio needs a lot of work. It is currently drafted as the bio of her spouse, not her & it appears the only known fact about her is her reported marriage to Pierre in 1752, which is after the birth of most of her reported children.
It looks like Marie and probably also Judith Gaudwin, were the daughters of Isaac Gandovin and his wife. Have not seen original sources to verify this because so far as I am aware, there are no such original sources (?), but there weren't that many families around there at this time and they intermarried a lot and it "fits" that Marie and Judith were daughters of the Gandovin family. The current non-French spelling of their LNABs could be changed to Gandovin.
But still no evidence that Judith was also married to Pierre Faure II (Peter Ford) so she should be detached from him.
From Huguenot Emigration to Virginia, p 105. There is a Pierre Faure and his Wife Marie. They have three children in rapid fire succession: Judith-Sept 3, 1743; Joseph-May 31, 1744; and Pierre Sept 25, 1745. This Marie looks right, but her husband seems old.
Gaudin-191 and Gaudwin-2 appear to represent the same person because: merging profiles for their son Pierre - please merge these (postpone if spelling should be Gaudwin instead - I've protected Gaudin-191 to preserve that spelling, although I have no source for it).
