I was born Christine Noel Gaughan. on 12-25-1969 In Philadelphia, PA. My birth parents are Joan Mare Gaughan and James Q Riley. They were both 17 year old Seniors at Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, PA. I was put into foster care in Dauphin County, PA on 12-30-1969. I was adopted 12-5-1972. My name was changed to Tina Noel Horst. My maternal aunts and uncles live in Harrisburg, PA Baltimore, MD area, and Falls Church, VA Area. I believe that my paternal side Lives in Pittsburgh, PA and Southern, CA.
