Emma was born in 1865^[1] She was the daughter of Robert Gaul and Ruth Harper. She was living with her parents and siblings in St Saviour, Norfolk, England and she was attending school in 1871^[2] She was still living with her parents and siblings in Magpie Road, Norwich St Augustine, Norfolk, England and she was working as a Machinist in 1881^[3] She married Albert Farrow in Norwich, Norfolk, England in 1883^[4] She was living with her husband and children at Stacy Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England in 1891^[5] She was still living with her husband and children at John Street, Norwich, Norfolk, England in 1901^[6] She was widowed in 1904. She was living with her children in Norwich, Norfolk, England in 1911^[7]
