Research Notes

  • There is some doubt about this entry's forenames. NSW BDM (marriage index 27415/1946 ) shows a marriage between Matthew Vincent GAUL and Marie Therese TATTAM at Auburn NSW. Three newspapers (Daily Telegraph, Wagga Wagga Daily Advertiser, Tumut and Adelong Times) have notices on 5 Aug 2008 of the death of Maxwell Gaul, in Young NSW, on 2 Aug 2008. It would appear that Mr Gaul's forenames are the wrong way around.
