Elizabeth was born in 1808. She was the daughter of James Gaulden and Frances Johnson. She passed away in 1824.

"She died at the age of sixteen years from exposure to rain in going to school."[1] I find it interesting that she was married already at the age of sixteen and that she died from exposure while going to school. She was married to LeRoy A. Statford (There is a LeRoy A. Statford, 1822-1864 who was a General in the Confederate Army during the Civil War).
