Daniel was born around 13 Jul 1810.
A marriage license for Daniel Gaver and Margaret C. Shafer was issued on 25 March 1841 in Frederick County, Maryland.[1]
In 1850, Daniel and his wife and children lived in Petersville, Frederick, Maryland.[2] By 1870, they were living in Burkittsville.[3]
According to an 1877 equity court case over his estate, Daniel died intestate in 1872.[4] He left widow Caroline and these children:
Marietta, wife of David M. Whipp
Emma S., wife of Peter M. Horine
Martin D. Gaver, single - in school in Adams Co, Pennsylvania
Charles T. Gaver, single
Florence Gaver, a minor
Thomas M. Gaver, a minor
William S. Gaver, a minor
