You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. We have New Member How-Tos to help you get started. Are they helpful or just leave you with questions?
We want to help! Click my name above, then ask in the comment section of my page.

PS Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.
Have you clicked the link in the confirmation message on How to Start Climbing Our Tree? It has the info for helping you in getting started adding your family and ancestors and navigating WikiTree.
You can edit open profiles after you signed the Honor Code. It is best to collaborate with the profile manager before making any changes and adding additional Info to a profile you are not a manager of. Always provide a source to verify the info your wanting to add or change.
We also have a Help Index with links to topics you may have questions on.
And I'm here to help too, just ask!

Welcome to the Massachusetts part of the US History Project. I'm Bob Keniston, and I'm the Coordinator for Massachusetts. There are a lot of sources out there for Bay Staters. If there is anything I can do to assist you in tracking down members of your family or you have questions about WikiTree, feel free to ask. Always glad to help. Bob

Did you have fun learning your way around WikiTree yesterday?
I just wanted to check in and see how things are going. Do you have any questions I can answer?

Thanks for volunteering! You are now a full member of the WikiTree community, and you can start adding your family. Once you sign the Honor Code, you'll be able to fully participate and edit Open profiles, as well.
Since WikiTree is different from other genealogy sites, we have a guided tour to help new members learn their way around. The first stop is How-To #1: How to Start Climbing Our Tree. The How-To's are intended to be visited about once a week, but feel free to work through them at your own pace.
To meet other WikiTreers, check out our G2G forum, including the G2G Question of the Week.
Enjoy!
