Mary Ann was born in 1814. She passed away in 1894.

Mary Ann Gayle married Robert H Alves on January 14, 1830 in Henderson County.^[1]

In her will, dated August 17, 1892, Mary Ann left her estate to her daughter Margaret and assigned her as executor. Probate was granted in 1894.^[2]
