Biography

William was born in 1822. He was the son of Stuart Gaylord and Mary Cramer.

In 1844, William married Adelia M Curtis (b-1827, d-1859). They had five children:^[1]

1. Stewart (b-1845)
2. Truman (b-1847, d-1868)
3. William (b-1849)
4. Alma (b-1852) married Stevenson
5. Adelia (b-1859, d-1859)

In 1859, Adelia died. William then married in 1861 Amy Stevenson (b-1836, d-1896). They had three children:^[2]

1. George (b-1862)
2. Lura (b-1868, d-1894)
3. Laura (b-1874, d-1894)

William passed away in 1881.
