Biography

Catherine Gabhart (Gabbert) was born in 1750 in Lexington, Rockbridge, Virginia to Mathias Gabbert (Gabhart) and Christina Kreemer who arrived from Germany in 1731.

She married Peter Whittinghill in 1775 in Virginia.

Children: George, John, David, William, Sarah, Mary, Elizabeth.

She died in 1830 in Ohio, Kentucky and was buried in the Whittinghill Cemetery in Butler, Kentucky. [1] [2][3][4]
