Biography
Caroline was born in Youghal, County Cork, Ireland, in about 1792, the daughter of James Paul Gee and Margaret ?. She married Robert Cox in 1818, and the couple had two children, James and Henry. The family emigrated to Australia, arriving in 1829 aboard the sailing ship Long. A further son, Charles, was born in 1835. Caroline passed away in 1851, and was interred at Camperdown Cemetery, Newtown, NSW.
