Jeremiah was born in 1817 and was baptised 18 May at Comberton, Cambridgeshire, England. He was the son of Daniel and Mary Farrant.
In the 1841 census, Jeremiah (age 20) was in Comberton, Cambridgeshire, England.[1]
He passed away in 1857.
The Gee Brothers, William and Jeremiah, sailed on the Westminster from England to Middlesex County, Canada West (now Ontario) in 1847. Jeremiah purchased land in Mossley, North Dorchester Township. Jeremiah married Dorothy Plaxton, daughter of Pioneers John and Elizabeth Plaxton. They had 3 sons, when Jeremiah died at the age of 40. Dorothy remarried James Holden, and they had 7 children.
