Ian Whitney Geer was born on 11 September 1918 in Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia, the son of Ellen Hort (Bird) Geer and Stanley Reginal Geer.[1]
He married Cora Elizabet Lyn in 1950 in Victoria.[2]
In 1967, Ian was living in Orbost, Victoria.[3]
