Dorothee Marie Geffert was born in Hansen on 8 Nov 1794. Her parents were Jochen Christian Geffers and Anne Dorothe Timm. Dorothee Marie and Hans Christoph Niebuhr (born 19 Oct 1792 in Hansen, died 20 Oct 1860 in Hansen) were married in Gerdau on 6 Mar 1818. They had 7 children. Dorothee Marie died in Hansen on 6 Feb 1856.[1]
