She married subsequently to Leonard Halter on 1 Apr 1907 in Amelith, Bay County, Michigan.[4][5] This was his first marriage. It does not appear that they had children.
The 1910 Census[6] shows Mary at age 40 with her husband and five children from her previous marriage in Frankenlust Township, Bay County, Michigan. She is the mother of 8 children with 7 still living.
The 1920 Census[7] shows her at age 50 with her husband and one daughter from her previous marriage in Frankenlust Township, Bay County, Michigan.
Both the 1930 Census,[8] at age 60, and the 1940 Census,[9] at age 70, show Maria with her husband in Bay City, Bay County, Michigan.
She died in 1942,[10] and is buried at the Fremont Cemetery in Bay County, Michigan. [11]
