Elizabeth Geisler (married name Fankhauser) was born on 10 November 1808 in Tyrol Valley, the daughter of Anna Bauer and Adam Geisler.^{[citation needed][1]}

She married Johan Gotthard Fankhauser in 1828 in Finkenberg, Tirol, Austria.^{[citation needed]} Their children were:^{[citation needed]}
