Biography

Herbert was born in 1890,[1] the son of William Gelston and Martha Taylor. He passed away in 1966.[2][3]

WWI Draft Registration card lists his occupation as Hardware Inspector and his employer as Yale and Town Manufacturing, located in Stamford, Connecticut, United States.[4]

His obituary, published 1 February 1966, states that he was retired from the Sikorsky Aircraft Division of the United Aircraft Corporation. (Bridgeport Post)
