Biography

Huldarique, the son of Joachim Gendron and Marie Mélina Faubert, was born 12 November 1860 in Beauharnois, Bas-Canada and baptized the following day in the parish of Saint Clément.[1][2]

He married Alexina Hebert on 4 September 1894 in Lincoln, Providence, Rhode Island, USA[3] The couple had seven children by birth and one adopted at some point prior to the 1905 census:

In the US, Huldarique worked at various mills, a weaver at a silk mill and a soda ash broiler at a bleachers. According to his death record, Huldarique died of pneumonia on 28 January 1929, in Central Falls, Rhode Island[4] and is buried in the family plot at Notre Dame Cemetery: Find A Grave: Memorial #225593431.
