MyHeritage Genealogy Search

This is a "meta" search engine from MyHeritage.com that indexes multiple databases. It will give you a lot of results, but a lot of them will be totally useless and obviously unrelated to the person you're looking for. It may be best to only use this for brick walls, i.e. when you've hit dead ends.

WeRelate Search Web

Another meta search, this one offered by the WeRelate.org wiki. This is a simple text search engine that returns a genealogically-targeted subset of what you would find through Google. This can be helpful or it can just be limiting.
