Biography

Sophia Genge was born in ABT 1788 in France.^[1]

On 23 February 1808 Sophia married Thomas COURTNEY at St Marylebone, Middlesex, England.^[2][3][4][5] The couple had at least seven children together.

In 1841 she was residing at 37 Old Bond Lane, St George Hanover Square, Middlesex, England^[6][7]

In 1851 she was residing at St George Hanover Square Middlesex, England^[8]

By the time of the 1861 census her husband is listed as a widower.^[9]

Sophia died in the first quarter of 1855, at St George Hanover Square, Middlesex, England^[10]
