Biography

Leoluchina Gennaro is the firstborn child of Michelangelo Gennaro and Giuseppa Pomilla. She is baptized on 15 July 1882 in Corleone. Her godfather is the unmarried Antonio Puccio, son of Giuseppe (potentially this one).[1] She is named after her paternal grandmother.

On the Trimveria, arriving in New Orleans in 1893:
