Rosalia Gennusa is an industriosa (merchant/trader), born 29 October 1858 in Corleone. She is the daughter of Calogero Gennusa, age 41, agricola, and Salvatrice Salerno, age 20. She is baptized on 30 October.
In 1882, Rosalia marries the widower Federico Paparcuri. They marry in church on 5 July, but the first banns are not posted until 28 July 1882. Her parents have both passed away by this time.
Rosalia Gennusa dies at the end of the year, on 21 December 1882, in her home at #55 via Calvario, Corleone. She receives last rites before her death, at 24 years old. Her death is reported by Leoluca Bonanno, age 52 (b. 1830), and Vincenzo Cascio (possibly Cascio-83), age 44 (b. 1838), both farmers (agricoli).
Federico marries his third wife, Maria Cascio, on 6 April 1883. They have at least six children together.
