William Harrison Gentry was born on 22 Nov 1840 in Shelbyville, Shelby, Missouri, United States, son of William Tazewell Gentry (1812 - 1879) and Louisa T. (Cary) Gentry (1815 - 1843).
William died on 12 May 1900 in Kansas City, Jackson, Missouri aged 59.[2]
