Ruby Jewel Gentry was born on October 4, 1911 in Lockney, Floyd, Texas, United States, daughter of James L. Gentry (1878–1943) and Nora H. Mcdonald (1882–1962).[1]

Ruby married Birthel Eaton (born on February 12, 1915 in Vandalia Township, Fayette County, Illinois, United States of America).

In 1920, Ruby (8) was living in household of James L Gentry (42) in Lockney, Floyd with her mother, Nora H (37); her brother, Raymond D (5); and James L Gentry (42), P T Gentry (17), Verdie Gentry (14), Mallie B Gentry (11), Ruby J Gentry (8), and Jeinine Gentry (2). [1]

Ruby died on October 12, 1987 in Dallas, Dallas, Texas, aged 76.
