Biography

Helen was born on 25 May 1895 in Fairfield, Franklin, Vermont, USA. [1][2]

In the 1900 census Helen (age 5) was single, living in Fairfield, Vermont with her father and five siblings. [3]

In the 1910 census Helen (age 14) was single, living in Fletcher, Vermont Fairfield, Vermont with her father and four brothers.[4]

Helen and Emmett Teague applied for a marriage license on 25 January 1913 and they were married on 29 January 1913 in Burlington, Vermont. [5][6][7][8]

In the 1920 census Helen (age 24) was married, living in Fairfield, Vermont. with her husband and children. [9]

In the 1930 census Helen (age 34) was married, living in Fairfield, Vermont with her husband and children. [10]

On 5 July 1934, Helen was critically injured in an accident that instantly killed her brother-in-law and fatally injured his wife. [11][12][13]

In the 1940 census Helen (age 44) was married, living in Fairfield, Vermont with her husband and children. They resided in the house in 1935. [14]

In 1950 Helen (age about 54) was widowed, living in Fairfield, Vermont with her daughter Kathryn and her family, and one of her sons.[15]

Helen died at the age of 72 on 2 May 1968 at Kerbs Memorial Hospital in St Albans, Vermont. She was living in Fairfield at the time. [16] She was buried on 4 May 1968 in Saint Patricks Cemetery in Fairfield, Vermont. [17]
