Biography
Angus was the only child of the union of Brin and Nessie George. He was born September 12, 1919 at the home of his grandparents, Robert and Mary Dewar, 4 Garvock Terrace, Dunfermline, Scotland, where his mother, Nessie was residing.[1] Angus' father, Brin, was residing with his parents in Neyland, Wales. Due to a complicated birth, Angus was born with cerebral palsy. Nessie suffered from puerperal fever which led to her death ten days later.
