On 17 Aug 1865, she married John Newton Todd, and they made their home in Walhalla, Seneca Township, Oconee County, South Carolina.[2] By 1880 they had moved to Keowee Township, in Oconee County, and John's 84-year-old mother was living with them.[3] They had seven children:

Fannie died on 21 Apr 1891, at Picket Post, Oconee County. She was buried in Bethel Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Walhalla, Oconee County, South Carolina.[4]
