You probably already know this, but there is a Pelletier that was convicted of murdering an FBI agent on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota during the Wounded Knee takeover by AIM in 1973. There has been much publicity concerning the trial and many people have been trying to get a retrial due to new information. The FBI is against this because of the death of one of their own, witch one can understand, but if they have the wrong man I personally am for a retrial. Paul V. Miller Custer, South Dakota
